Course Aims
The Work Health and Safety (WHS) Act and Regulations which aims to protect the health, safety and welfare of people at work clearly states that operators of plant and equipment must undergo work activity based instruction and training.
A Person conducting business or undertaking has a ‘duty of care’ to provide workers with a safe workplace without risk;
- Have a legal responsibility to provide Instruction training & supervision.
- A EWPA yellow Card provides the required ‘evidence of training’.
- Students are required to demonstrate competence in both theory and practical aspects of Plant operations.
The Trained Operator Card is proof of completion in one or more modules in various types of EWPs. There are five different EWP training modules plus a transport module. The modules below are currently offered as an on-site option except the Vertical Lift (VL) which is also offered at Forktime.

- Transporting (Load Restraint) T

This course is fully portable, NSW, Sydney and country areas with prior arrangements.

Course Location
Weekly courses held in my training room & Workplace at 5 / 21 Groves Ave, Mulgrave NSW.
Additional Information
We currently only have the Scissor & Vertical Lift equipment in house for training.
All other training must be done on site. Students will need to make Arrangement’s prior to the course with Forktime, for training on other equipment, at the student’s worksite, before undertaking the course.
